These experienced pro's decided that now is the time to share For esample, to share with others their knowledge and coaching skills. This sharing is in order to bring more wellness to their new community in Cowichan Valley.
With Covid-19 rampaging the Earth there has never been a better time to help others to switch to healthier lifestyles.
Also health Coaching is relatively a new area of the wellness industry.
Because of this and with advances in Lifestyle Medicine, Nutrition, and the Science of Exercise, Health Coaching is blossoming.
Health Coaching utilizes evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques.
